Change Rationalization of Procedures

The Special Administrative Unit Central Board of Accountants informs all citizens that the Anti-Corruption and Citizen Care Plan will be modified.

This change will be made in the Rationalization of procedures component, in the activity "Arrange an electronic mechanism, to make the payment of the procedure online".

JUSTIFICATION EXTENSION RATIONALIZATION OF FORMALITIES PAYMENTS VIA PSE WEBSERVICE

In accordance with the proposed strategy of providing an electronic mechanism, to carry out the online procedure for the issuance of the digital certificate of disciplinary history of Public Accountant in real time, the Entity signed a collection agreement with the bank AVVillas in the Webservice modality, so that this service is efficient and meets the requirements of the plan of rationalization of procedures on payments made via window and PSE (Virtual Payment Center).

As agreed, since August 2017, the goal of launching the Webservice service for window payments was met to production, which to date has worked correctly and the user has been able to issue the digital certificate in real time.

The JCC was unable to put the payment via PSE into production in the 2018 term because the CPV (Virtual Payment Center of the bank) provided by AVVillas, was not adapted to make payments through the PSE button in real time. For this reason, the Entity was unable to continue the production of the service in mention because no agreement has been concluded with the bank to carry out the development.
