Bogota D.C., July 25, 2014.With the presence of Dr. Alvaro Cruz Vargas, Governor of the Department of Cundinamarca; Dr. Pedro Luis Bohórquez Ramírez, Accountant General of the Nation; Dr. Laura Emilse Marulanda Tobón, Auditor General of the Republic and Dr. Julio César Acuña, Director of the Central Board of Accountants (UAE JCC), among other guests of the High Government, the Accounting Council of the Nation successfully held the academic accounting meeting that began its journey in the city of Medellin; continuing through Cali, Pereira, Barranquilla and completing this first cycle of training in the capital of the republic.
In the Auditorium of the G12 of the city of Bogotá and with an assistance per day of 2,800 people, Dr. Julio César Acuña, Director of the Central Board of Accountants recalled the important mission and fundamental of what to make this Special Administrative Unit attached to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism.
During the 24th and 25th of July of this year, Legal Representatives, Heads of Internal Control, Heads of Financial Areas, Public Accountants, related professionals, accounting technicians, academic community, guilds and other citizens interested in the subject attended with interest the invitation of Dr. Acuña to get up close aware of the transcendental Management of the Central Board of Accountants.
