Draft amendment Resolution No.973 of 2015

Taking into account the 7 comments received in the face of the citizen participation process "Project to amend some provisions of Resolution 973 of 2015", we inform the accounting community that four (4) favourable comments were obtained, one (1) that does not provide information and the last two (2) deserve the following comments according to the recorded information:

- From when do these times begin?
The resolution takes effect from its publication in the Official Journal. However, the Entity had a transition period. Therefore, times start from the first business day of 2018.

- Take into account the same deadline for the process of issuing dupl
icates The reduction of terms referred to in Chapters III and IV of Resolution No. 000-973 of 2015 shall apply for the modification of the online procedure for the first time, replacement, modification, duplicate, issuance or cancellation of a professional Public Accountant card or professional registration card of entities providing accounting science services.
